As we continuing to monitor the robust situation with the pandemic, we want to ensure that
we are here for you. That means we are taking every precaution to help keep our community safe.
We have moved all of our community programming online.
We are also monitoring the City of Los Angeles Guidelines on resuming operation of businesses
to determine when it will be the safest to open for booking again at Neuma Mind Spa + Showroom.
We want to encourage you to practice precaution in
keeping yourself, your loved ones, and your community safe too.
As our day to day life resumes with work, school, commerce, and leisure, we are aware
of the possibility of a surge / second wave of infections.
With this in mind, as we prepare to resume operations at Neuma Mind Spa + Showroom,
we are implementing improved & rigorous hygienic practices to ensure that we minimize the risks.
APPOINTMENTS
All of our experiences can be scheduled by appointments only. No walk-ins will be welcome at this time. In order to ensure safe physical distancing practices, we we will NOT see more than one client at a time. We are also suspending some of our personal pampering features temporarily.
HEALTH CHECK
Please ensure to arrive
NO SOONER than 3 minutes for your appointment.
We will conduct temperature checks on our staff before every appointment. And we will check your temperature before you enter the space. Please arrive at the door of Neuma Mind Spa and await to be let in, to minimize contact on surfaces.
PPE
Our staff will be wearing PPE at the time of your appointment. We request that you wear a face mask, and you are encouraged to wear gloves. We will be providing each user with FRESH spa slippers and a seat covering to be on the Cymatix. They will be washed and sterilized before each use.
AGREEMENT
Before coming in to the Mind Spa, you must sign a Health Declaration stating that you agree to the health and safety parameters put in place by our governments.

CLEANING
Staff will use a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like
COVID-19 in all common areas before and after appointments and all high-touch surfaces. We’ll also be cleaning the Neuma Mind Spa from top to bottom once everyday. We have allocated 30 mins between each appointment for cleaning.
MOVING FORWARD
In the event that there is a reported case of COVID-19 at Neuma Mind Spa + Showroom, you’ll be notified immediately. From there, we’ll take the proper safety precautions to disinfect the space and equipment from top to bottom. We appreciate your cooperation to keep our community safe.
